Vacheron Constantin Presents The Historiques Cornes de vache 1955

On September 17th Vacheron Constantin will celebrate 260-years of uninterrupted operation, and will unveil what is touted as the world’s most complicated watch. The maison has already enthralled watch collectors this year with its spectacular limited edition Harmony collection, and ahead of Watches & Wonders 2015, Vacheron has now given watch collectors another reason to salivate with a new chronograph, known as the Historiques Cornes de vache 1955.

No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!

The Seamaster has been associated with the James Bond films since 1995’s Golden Eye, when Pierce Brosnan first assumed the role of the super spy. Since then, Seamasters haven’t been far from Mr. Bond’s wrist, and for the forthcoming Spectre film, Daniel Craig will once again show off Omega’s handiwork.

Since its association with the James Bond franchise, Omega has released limited edition (LE) watches to celebrate the films and commemorate anniversaries, and that tradition continues with the new film. The Omega Seamaster 300 ‘Spectre’ Limited Edition watch is the second, new, James Bond watch, and it is limited to 7,007 pieces.

Daniel Craig is reprising his role as James Bond for the third time with Spectre.

Omega introduces its new Seamaster Bullhead Rio 2016

Omega has a long history of associations with events, organisations, and people of celebrity. In fact, one of its oldest associations is with the Olympic Games, for which it has been the official timekeeper since 1932. It’s an association that continues to date, and ahead of the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics, the Swiss watchmaker has released a new tribute watch, known as the Seamaster Bullhead ‘Rio 2016’.
