Kering dismisses Sowind Group’s Antonio Calce

French luxury group Kering has let go of Antonio Calce with immediate effect, according to Swiss newspaper Arcinfo. Calce was chief executive of the Sowind Group, which comprises Girard-Perregaux (GP) and JeanRichard (JR). Both GP and JR have been owned by the Kering Group since 2011.

Calce also worked at Piaget and Panerai.

Girard-Perregaux unveils Laureato Skeleton

At SIHH 2017, Girard-Perregaux reintroduced its Laureato collection, and now – just a few months on – the brand has added the Laureato Skeleton to its luxury/sporty watch family. This new timepiece features a 42mm case and is offered in stainless steel and pink-gold.
